My common name is the crown nassa or the coronated dog
whelk. We will let you decide which one
you prefer. The variable coloring and
the spiral top make this sea snail shell perfect for virtually any crafting
project that comes to mind. A few
suggestions include Jewelry making, Coastal Living, Nautical, Beach or Tiki Hut
spaces. These little gems make great
vase fillers, lamp making, mirror framing, sailor’s valentines, crosses, kids
crafting and school projects.
We do not sell specimen, museum quality shells. We sell good quality craft or display
seashells only. Slight blemishes or
variations in color are to be expected but in no way diminish value or impair
usability. We have over 50
years-experience as collectors and shell crafters and know the quality you are
expecting. Entire order must be returned
