RETURNS

If we send you the wrong item, or it arrives broken, we will correct the problem at our expense.  Please send a picture to us of the problem when you contact us for replacement(s). 

If you change your mind or do not need it any longer, you will pay the return shipping costs and your refund will be minus a  20% restock fee.

DISCLAIMERS

The products that are made of cast iron are hand cast. No two are alike.

We do not provide hardware of any kind. (Screws)  Except for our Fleur De Lis pulls.  You can purchase screws at your local store.

The mounting holes may or may not be the same on each side or on each piece.  If there is a hang tab, this also will vary in placement on each piece.  This does not affect your ability to mount them in any way.

Most of our products are finished in a nice rustic brown finish.  If you would like a  different color, you can easily paint them to the color of your choice.

If the product is raw metal, there may be areas of rust visible. This is a natural process for raw metal.  It does not affect the value of the product in any way.  We will not accept a return of a raw metal product due to visible rust. We inspect these prior to shipping.

We ship within 2 business days.  All our metal is shipped flat rate priority mail.
